How it works?
Step 1
The Ellie Watch detects an event
When an event occurs — such as pressing the Medical Help Button — an alert is triggered and the Ellie Watch automatically calls our 24/7 monitoring center, also sending the person’s geolocation.
Step 2
The alert protocol is activated
The Monitoring Center operator begins speaking with the user through the Ellie Watch, and if assistance is confirmed, they dispatch help to the user’s location and notify the family.
IMPORTANTE: en caso de que se trate de una activación de botón de Situación de Violencia, el operador no hablara con el usuario, sino que al recibir el llamado solo escuchara lo que ocurre y en caso de necesidad, alertara a la policía y a la familia.

We stay connected until help arrives
Our Monitoring Center remains in contact with the user through the Ellie Watch until the appropriate assistance arrives.
